When moving into a new apartment, it's not uncommon for internet connectivity to be delayed. In my experience, this delay can span several days, leaving me disconnected and frustrated. To make matters worse, I've often had to rely on my cell phone hotspot to access the internet, which can be slow and unreliable.

In Israel, where I live, it's astonishingly common for people to use their cell phone number as their WiFi password. This lack of security is not only inconvenient but also poses a significant risk to personal data and online safety. As a curious neighbor or malicious actor could easily guess or crack these weak passwords, putting sensitive information at risk.

During my time in Tel Aviv, I've moved apartments four times and faced this issue repeatedly. Each time, I'd have to wait for the internet company to connect me, leaving me without access to the internet for an extended period. It was during one of these periods that I decided to take matters into my own hands.

I hypothesized that many people in Israel (and globally) use weak and easily guessable WiFi passwords. To test this theory, I gathered a sample of 5,000 WiFi networks from Tel Aviv. Using various methods, including online password cracking tools and social engineering techniques, I was able to crack over 70% of these networks.

My findings were alarming: many people in Israel are using easily guessable passwords for their WiFi networks. This lack of security not only puts individual data at risk but also creates an environment where malicious actors can easily exploit vulnerabilities.

To address this issue, I've developed a solution that allows individuals to securely view and manage their online WiFi passwords. With the help of online tools and software, it's possible to crack weak passwords and provide users with a secure alternative.

In conclusion, my experience has shown me that many people in Israel (and globally) are using weak and easily guessable WiFi passwords.
